Boycott Rolling Stone Magazine



Ok, so the Rolling Stone magazing is revered as the number one source for opinions and reviews on pop culture right? So why is it that they constantly do the "100 best albums of all time...100 best singers of all time...100 best guitarists of all time...etc" and when they do it, they fuck it all up?!

Ok...#1. Jimi Hendrix...ok I can understand that...I don't necessarily agree with that...but I will go with it.

#17. Jack White from the White Stripes...The EDGE from U2 is in the top 50...Kurt Cobain is in the top 15...GIVE ME A FUCKING BREAK.

Who is writing these lists for the Rolling Stone? a 15 year old kid who hasn't a clue about music whatsoever?! I mean come on.

Jack White, Kurt Cobain, and The EDGE are ranked higher than Eddie Van Halen, Randy Rhoads, and Frank Zappa. Hell, I dont even think Stevie Ray Vaughn is on there! Nor is Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen or Joe Satriani. Larry Coryell isnt listed. Pat Metheny isnt listed. Michael Hedges isnt listed. Al DiMeola isnt listed.

AND MY BOY ZAKK FUCKING WYLDE ISNT LISTED.

I am boycotting the rolling stone magazine and I highly suggest you all do the same. They used to write great reviews and formulate plausible opinions...they have gone way way downhill. They are gross.

Dont read it. Dont buy it. If anything write them a letter telling them how much they suck now.
